Supervised Bridge on BBO

Supervised bridge is up and running!  We had a small but enthusiastic group yesterday (Tuesday) and I thought it went well for a first run – a first run for all of us!   

Re the supervising aspect, this is a learning curve for us all!  By the time we realised that someone needed help, got to the table and assessed the situation, we were sometimes too late to help.  At the club, you know straightaway that we are aware that you need help, and sometimes you have quite a wait if we are busy at another table, but somehow waiting in that situation is different from waiting and just watching a screen!  I’m going to chat to Sue, Liz and Kim who were also helping yesterday, and see if we can come up with some guidelines before next week.

But well done to you all and I hope to "see" you again next week, plus some of you who are keen but didn't make it yesterday.
