Our first ROOKIE Championship was run online over 3 Tuesday afternoon sessions.

The overall clear winners were Nick Armitage and Richard Samuels. 

Runners Up were Jo Ampherlaw and Ian Newton.

The East Lindfield State Open Pairs Championship event was run online over 3 Monday afternoon sessions.

The overall winners were Michael Seldon and Chris Dibley, who joined NSBC only recently - all the way from Newcastle.

Wild hands were definitely on the menu when NSBC served up the first Goulash event on Thursday night. The session was run as a pairs event with IMP scoring.

The winners were Kevin Davies and Elli Urbach.

Runners up were Tom Fischer and Trish Lacey.

In the days when we used to deal the cards by hand (anyone remember them?), one way to have fun in a social setting was to deal unshuffled cards in packets - say 3 or 5 at a time. 

We are all saddened by the news that our long time friend and member Ian Bailey, has passed away.

The latest Thursday night Chamionship event - the BAM Teams - has been won by the BLOOM team.
This follows a complex set of preliminaries where the entries were divided into 3 Pools, culminating in 4 divisions on the last night - FINAL; PLATE; CONSOLATION 1 and CONSOLATION 2.
