Dear Members
I would like to update you briefly on three topics: 

free game

North Ryde RSL Free Game Offer

As previously announced, part of our deal with North Ryde RSL includes the requirement that you become a member of their club, at a cost of $5, when you play at their venue.  The introductory offer of a free game of bridge when you join North Ryde RSL will expire at the end of this month.  So please make every effort to visit the new clubrooms by no later than Wednesday, 31 March.

Committee Vacancies

Further to the notices sent out recently regarding the AGM being held on April 10th,  There are three committee members who have decided not to renominate.  On your behalf I would like to thank David Hudson, David Hagley and Graham Murray for their amazing contribution to our club over several years.

Accordingly, I encourage other members to consider nominating to join Elana, Maryann, Les and me on the Committee.  Please do contact me if you have any questions.

Upcoming Events

The Pauline Evans Swiss Pairs is being held this Sunday at East Lindfield.  We can still accommodate several more pairs so please come along and enjoy a good old Sunday congress if you can.  Entries for this event should be made via the NSWBA website.

Our next Thursday night event is a 2 week Swiss Butler Pairs on the 18th and 25th of March.  I would like to encourage all open players to consider playing.  Our Thursday night events are held on RealBridge allowing you to play from the comfort of your home and to avoid the evening commute.  To enter for this event please do so via the club website.
