Welcome to NSBC Morgans Swiss Pairs Championship 2022

This is a North Shore Bridge Club Championship event and club members participating will be eligible for CC points depending on their performance. Vistors are welcome to play in this event and can any receive red points and cash prizes earned. Entries & Payments

Entries and payments are managed via the MyABF (utilising NSBC prepayment system). NSBC members are reminded to select "Club PP System" when entering otherwise you will be charged the full visitor fee. NSBC member entry fee = $56 ($14 per session) Visitor entry fee = $68 ($17 per session)



Format

This is a Swiss Pairs event running over 4 consecutive weeks. The targeted format is 12 matches of 9 boards per match and 3 matches per week. This scoring used is IMP/VP using ABF VP tables for 9 board matches. Yellow systems are not allowed in this event.

Please be considerate and log into the session by 6:45pm at the latest. This gives the director and your partner reassurance that you have remembered the event and also provides extra time to solve technical issues should they occur.

Player Substitutes

All player subsitutitions, even last minute ones, must be approved by the tournament committee. Please make your best effort to subsitute a player of comparable standard. Players deemed by the tournament commitee to not be of comparable standard may result in score adjustments. Take a moment to think ahead of players you could consider in the case of needing a subsitute.
