Welcome to NSBC Morgans Swiss Pairs Championship 2024
This is a North Shore Bridge Club Championship event and club members participating in the open section will be eligible for CC points depending on their performance. Visitors are welcome to play in this event and can any receive red points and cash prizes earned.

Open Prizes: 1st = $600, 2nd = $400, 3rd = $300
Restricted Prizes: 1st = $400, 2nd = $200, 3rd = $100

Format
The restricted section will be a a double round robin with 2 revenge rounds over 4 consecutive weeks. This scoring used is IMP/VP using ABF VP tables for 9 board matches. Yellow systems are not allowed in this event.
The open section will be a Swiss Pairs movement over 4 consecutive weeks. This scoring used is IMP/VP using ABF VP tables for 9 board matches. Yellow systems are not allowed in this event.

Player Substitutes
All player subsitutitions, even last minute ones, must be approved by the tournament committee. Please make your best effort to subsitute a player of comparable standard. Players deemed by the tournament commitee to not be of comparable standard may result in score adjustments. Take a moment to think ahead of players you could consider in the case of needing a subsitute.

Support
Please ensure your devices are charged and interenet is working ok. If you have a wireless hotspot as backup internet please check that is also working. If possible have a backup device ready.
