Notice of Annual General Meeting

North Shore Bridge Club will hold it's Annual General Meeting on Saturday 13th April 2024 at 11 am at East Lindfield.  If you plan on attending please can you register - this will not only speed up registration but also help us with catering requirements.

The Annual General Meeting will take place at 11 am at East Lindfield and will be followed by a light lunch and a Red Point afternoon Bridge Game for all comers.

If you are interested in standing for the committee, the nomination form to become an office holder or committee member is available in the attached NSBC AGM Report pack. These need to be received by me by 11 am on Saturday 6th April 2024.

If you cannot attend and wish to give an attending member your proxy.  As per our constitution, each member attending the AGM will be able to hold up to one proxy.  A proxy form is available in the attached NSBC AGM Report pack.  Proxy forms are invalid unless completed and received at the Club's Office at  325A Eastern Valley Way, Middle Cove, 2068, NSW no later than 11 am on Friday 12th April 2024.
