Kieser Thursday

Kieser is a strength training and physiotherapy clinic that combines medical expertise with exercise science to help you build a stronger, healthier body—backed by evidence.  As our partner Kieser are kindly donating $200 worth of prizes for Face to Face sessions each month.  Last month it was held at East Lindfield on Thursday crossing over both sessions.  A fun day was held by all, the winners were.

The voucher winners were Jenny Clarke from the morning session and Irene Parnell  from the afternoon session.
