Norton has unblocked us

Great news — Norton AntiVirus has finally stopped treating our MyAccount site (myaccountnsbc.com) like a biohazard, so anyone who was blocked before is now free to roam about the cabin.

If you're still getting blocked (Norton can be a bit stubborn), a quick browser clean-up usually fixes it. Here’s how:

For Windows users:

  1. Open your browser

  2. Press Ctrl + F5 for a forced refresh

  3. If that doesn’t do it, clear your cache via Settings > Privacy > Clear Browsing Data

For Mac users:

  1. Press Command + Shift + R for a hard refresh

  2. Or clear your cache via Safari/Chrome Settings > Privacy > Clear Browsing Data

 

Once you’re back in, please reset your password — it’s part of the security tidy-up and keeps everything humming along.
