More sad news. It is with great sadness that I report the sudden death of Jan O’Donnell on December 25. Jan loved her bridge and has played at Willoughby for over 10 years and more recently at East Lindfield. She will be sadly missed by her many friends.

It is with great sadness that I have to report the passing of Don Smith, a long time NSBC member, who died on Christmas Day, aged 96.

It is with sadness that I note the passing of long time NSBC member Ron Smith on Friday 1 December, after hitting his head in an accidental fall at his home, resulting in a fatal brain bleed.
