NSBC wins 2025 Sydney North Interclub Pairs

North Shore Bridge Club was the host, at our East Lindfield venue, for this year's Sydney North Interclub Pairs event on Sunday. 

There were four clubs participating:

North Shore Bridge Club 
East Lindfield
Peninsula 
Trumps   


 

NSBC were the overall winners.

East Lindfield came second and Peninsula third.

The field was divided into four sections.

Section A  -  OPEN                      (750+ Master Points)

Section B  -  INTERMEDIATE  (300 - 750 Master Points)

Section C  -  RESTRICTED        (100 - 300 Master Points)

Section D  -  ROOKIE                 (Up to 100 Master Points)

In the outright results, 7,6,5,4,3,2,1 points were awarded for the first 7 places in each section.

Final Scores:

The Winners of each section were:

OPEN:                        Kevin Davies & Elli Urbach (East Lindfield)

INTERMEDIATE:   Alex Kemeny & Alessandro Gado (Trumps)

RESTRICTED:         JAMES BATCHEN & Jim Rothwell (Peninsula)

ROOKIE:                  Denzil Seldon & Peter Trebeck (NSBC)

Over a hundred players participated in the event and enjoyed the friendly competition, as well as the excellent lunch and snacks provided by Sue Crompton and her team of helpers. Thanks to all who took part.
