Welcome to NSBC Grand National Open Teams Direct Qualifier 2023
This is also North Shore Bridge Club Championship event and club members participating will be eligible for CC points depending on their performance. Vistors (some restrictions apply) are welcome to play in this event and can any receive gold points and prizes earned. Entries & Payments
Entries and payments are managed via the MyABF (utilising NSBC prepayment system). NSBC members are reminded to select "Club PP System" when entering otherwise you will be charged the full visitor fee. NSBC member entry fee = $80 ($16 per session) Visitor entry fee = $95 ($19 per session)
NSBC members please do not pay with MyABF credits as you will automatically pay through PP at members rate. When entering a 5-6 person team please add a note indicating how many sessions each player will attend and charges will be setup accordingly.
Format
This is a teams event with IMP/VP scoring. The format will be a full Round Robin with 15 x 10 board matches (3 per week). Every team will play every other team.
Player Substitutes
All player subsitutitions, even last minute ones, must be approved by the tournament committee. Please make your best effort to subsitute a player of comparable standard. Players deemed by the tournament commitee to not be of comparable standard may result in score adjustments. Take a moment to think ahead of players you could consider in the case of needing a subsitute.

Please ensure your devices are charged and interenet is working ok. If you have a wireless hotspot as backup internet please check that is also working. If possible have a backup device ready.
